2. Account Creation & Security
To create an account on basa 18, users must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending balance. Each user is permitted to hold only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
As part of the account verification process, basa 18 may request a national ID, passport, or other proof of identity at any time. This KYC process follows international security standards and is essential for preventing money laundering and fraud. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential.
If a user suspects unauthorised access to their account, they should notify our support team immediately. basa 18 will never ask for your password via email or phone; any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

3. User Responsibilities
All users of the basa 18 platform must comply with applicable local laws and regulations. Operating an account on behalf of, or as a representative of, any third party is strictly prohibited. The user bears full responsibility for all activity carried out through their account.
Any form of fraud, hacking, bot usage, software exploits, or unethical methods on the platform is strictly prohibited. Abusing bonuses or promotions, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or gaining an unfair advantage through collusion may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held. 4. Platform Usage Rules
All games, Sports Betting, and other services available on the basa 18 platform are provided for entertainment purposes only. Game outcomes across the platform are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be influenced by any user or staff member. Service availability may be restricted in certain regions or at certain times, and basa 18 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any service without prior notice.
Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the platform. Withdrawals typically take 1–5 business days to process, and account verification must be completed before the first withdrawal. 7. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Basa 18 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account if a user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions. Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, operating multiple accounts, or activity suspected to involve money laundering may each constitute grounds for account closure. Upon closure, a decision regarding the return or forfeiture of any legitimate balance will be made based on the outcome of an investigation.
Users may also voluntarily request to close their own account. Upon submitting a self-exclusion request, the account will be fully deactivated for a specified period, with no option to reactivate it during that time.
